1940 FORD DELUXE WOODIE
Station Wagon Treasure Box

A Private commission to honor the client's "favorite driving car." Featured in the National Woodie Club magazine.

Construction:
Built of Purple Heart, Maple, Bird's-eye Maple, Ebony, Teak, Ash, and Aspen. Over 180 individual pieces of veneer alone are used to make up the grillwork. Tires are turned in Ebony, with Aspen sidewalls. The Ebony roof is hinged to hold treasures.
