BIEDERMEIER REVISITED
I devised this elegant cabinet to serve 21st century needs in 19th century style. It holds a keyboard, television, telephone, condominium security, copious storage, as well as secret compartments. Designed in collaboration with Seattle designer/architects Elisabeth Beers and Norman Sandler. Winner of the 1992 Award of Excellence for Special Projects given by the American Society of Interior Designers, Washington State Chapter.
Construction: Incorporates a truly unique madrone burl, mahogany, zebrawood, ebonized maple, spalted maple and gold. 52" by 26" by 84" tall
